We have been actively engaged in construction projects since 2003, refining our expertise across multiple sectors. Since 2009, we have specialized in water and wastewater engineering. Our experience covers civil and structural works, buried services, piping, pumps, reverse osmosis systems, chemical dosing systems, blowers, inlet works, bioreactors, membranes, dewatering systems, tanks, odour control systems and more. Our ability to manage complex projects and navigate industry standards ensures our clients receive tailored, effective solutions.

Sean - Principal Consultant

Sean is a Chartered Professional Mechanical Engineer and a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) with over 22 years of experience in the construction industry. His career began in building services, including elevators and hydraulic systems, before he specialized in water and wastewater infrastructure in 2009. Since then, he has played a key role in the planning, engineering, and delivery of treatment plants, pipelines, pumping stations, and network assets across diverse project environments.

Through his extensive exposure to construction challenges, Sean has developed a practical, engineering-led approach to solving complex infrastructure problems. He has consistently observed that many project issues can be traced back to insufficient planning and wrong or overstretched personnel throughout the project—an insight that informs his emphasis on clarity, preparation, and technical alignment.

Sean's chartered status reflects his high standards of competence, and industry contribution. He founded Quality ECS to offer technically grounded, dependable consultancy services that bridge the gap between planning and delivery to ensure infrastructure is built right, the first time.

Heather - Communication Specialist

Heather holds a Master of Education and a Graduate Certificate in Urban Design. She has experience across the spectrum of education delivery from teaching and writing policy in early childhood settings, teaching at TAFE and tutoring at university.

She has an eye for developing clarity, tone, and structure—ensuring that communication materials are purposeful, polished, and aligned with the intended audience. She is skilled at transforming complex or technical content into clear, accessible language, while preserving the core message and intent.

Heather is an experienced document editor and able to craft professional correspondence, stakeholder updates, and community-facing materials with consistency and confidence.
